What a record here does and does not say
Gross proceeds are the share count multiplied by the issue price, as the issuer reported it. Fees, commissions and expenses are not deducted, so gross proceeds are never net proceeds and a record states net proceeds only when a source does.
Where an offering was priced in more than one currency, the tranche amounts are shown separately and never added, because no source here states an exchange rate. Share counts are additive; money in different currencies is not.
A completed financing is a dated event. It is not a cash balance. For the balance an issuer later reported, read the financial register. Coverage is currently 3 records; the rest of the market is unreviewed. Coverage details ↗
